Compares with other domestic fire water branches, there are many differences, as follows:
Our water branches are made from special aluminum alloy bar in compact structure. Better resistance to impact. While other branches is made from aluminum pipes, which is less impact resistant and difficult to be oxidized.
- Different surface treatment
Our water branches use oxidized surface which is shiny and compact. Resistance to corrosion and good appearance. While other branches adopt electrostatic spraying.
- Our water branches use special steel-ball value and inner poly tetrafluoroethylene pad. Long lifetime and resistance to corrosion. But other branches use inner rubber pad or tetrafkuorine pad which is easy to wear and tear, even water leakage.
- Our water branches are in high density. All the twist connections are very flexible and the switch is as small as one third of others¡¯ switches. But others are in low density, which can not handle flexibly. Our branches can not leak water with the high pressure. But other branches leak water.
Besides, our fire water branches also have some shortcomings, such as high cost and high price.
With model QLD6/8 I with black oxide film, QLD6/8 I with blue oxide film, QLD8/12 I with golden oxide film in big stream.
